My Why
I believe in the work of learner-centered education because all learners deserve the opportunity to access and participate in an education that is purposeful to each of them.  Whether we are educators, learning coaches, school or district leaders, it is our responsibility to make sure our learners are getting what they need to be successful human beings.

Bio
Through two decades of work in the field of education, Dria has worked with learners from the age of four to sixty-four.  In her current role as a Professional Development Specialist with i4PL, Dria brings a passion for working with educators and leaders to support them in creating transformative learning experiences and systems accessible to all learners through a learner-centered experience.

Dria’s past experience includes work as a public school educator in elementary and middle grades, as well as in an educational coaching role for technology integration, gifted and talented, and learner-led practice. 

Dria has presented at local, state, and national level venues  on a variety of topics including technology, educational coaching, and learner-led practice.
