Leading Learner-Centered Education is a blended, cohort-based learning experience that focuses on the goal of achieving educational equity for ALL learners through intentional leadership actions that will empower leaders and educators. The initial two-day workshop is followed by virtual coaching sessions with i4PL staff and a final showcase of learning.

As part of this learning experience, teams will reflect on their practice in order to understand their mutual context, develop a common lexicon, determine shared meaning, and develop their why. Teams will conduct a root cause analysis, resulting in a theory of action that includes success measures, action planning, and strategies to empower learners.

The virtual coaching sessions and final showcase will allow teams to continue the planning process and share growth. Teams are encouraged to repeat the Leading Learner-Centered Education process and structure as they continue to implement and iterate on their plan.
