We offer two different schedule options.

Two Full Days | 8:00 AM - 2:30 PM & 8:30 AM - 2:30 PM
4 Visits, Overview Meeting, Facilitated Lunch Discussion, Design Session

We work with districts that are clear examples of the best in learner-centered practice.

Locations include elementary, middle, and high school, as well as career-focused and alternative programs. The list of schools varies each time based on the availability of our host districts. We work closely with our hosts to make sure that tours are scheduled on days that allow visitors to have the best experience possible.

Scheduling locations is a collaborative process.

After you register, you will receive an email to guide you in choosing your tour locations. The i4PL Team will use your location choices to build a final schedule for you. In general, visitors typically get to see all of the spaces that they want to see.

Schedules and locations are subject to change at any time due to group size and unforeseen circumstances. If your schedule changes, i4PL will work with you to find an agreeable solution.

Registration is a two-step process.

The first step of registering involves choosing your date, sharing your group information, and confirming method of payment. This is done through our public registration page.

Once i4PL processes your initial registration, we will reach out directly through email to share instructions for choosing the locations that you want to visit. We will send this email approximately 1-3 days after you successfully complete step one of the registration process.

Each host location builds a tour that fits their space and schedule, and highlights their points of pride.

Tours vary and may include a combination of welcome sessions, chats with learners, educators, and/or leaders, guided tours from learner or staff ambassadors, classroom observations, and free time to explore learning spaces.

Registration ends two weeks prior and cancellations are accepted up to one week prior.

Due to the complexity of building tour schedules for large groups, registration and cancellation deadlines are strictly maintained. Schedules are dependent on the availability of locations versus the number of registrants; therefore choices become limited the closer we get to each date. Please plan accordingly.

i4PL is happy to coordinated alternate schedules and/or dates to the best of its ability. Please note that alternate schedules are subject to alternative pricing and are dependent on the availability of i4PL and its hosts.
