AI Learning Lab
Designed to help educators and leaders upskill their AI practice on a schedule that works for them.
By pairing flexible online learning with a hands-on, in-person design session, this hybrid workshop will help you master the practical application of the skills needed for successful AI implimentation.

Designed to give AI teams the space, resources, and network they need to effectively and responsibly implement AI in their district.
AI Design Academy
An extended cohort that prioritizes visionary action, not just technical reaction, to turn the complexity of AI into a clear, visionary driver for district-wide innovation and sustainability. The Design Academy is comprised of:

Developing AI Guidance: 5 Principles to Move Districts from Policy to Practice
A collaborative workshop that brings district teams together to transform existing policies into an actionable, five-pillar AI handbook rooted in data security, academic integrity, and human oversight. Includes a follow-up coaching session.

Mapping Your District’s AI Roadmap
A targeted series of work sessions to help leaders develop a comprehensive AI roadmap through a systematic evaluation of current implementation status within eight key areas. Identify strategic alignment opportunities, outline future steps for growth, gap mitigation, and overall AI success. Work sessions will include Q&A time with guest leaders.

Alternate pricing applies to cohorts and specially scheduled dates. Pricing varies based on the type of request. Districts outside of the CESA 1 region are responsible for travel expenses.
