Join K-12 instructional coaches, educators, and library media specialists in a professional learning network to explore the rapidly evolving role of AI in education. This collaborative forum provides a safe space to discuss practical applications, ethical considerations, and instructional strategies for using AI tools to enhance teaching and learning. AI Academy

A collaborative cohort for K-12 AI leaders, designed to move beyond the technical hurdles of AI into intentional, human-centered practice. We prioritize visionary action, not just technical reaction, bringing together district and teacher leaders to design real-world solutions that empower staff and prepare learners for a dynamic landscape. Join us to turn the complexity of AI into a clear, visionary driver for district-wide innovation and sustainability.

The AI Academy includes:

  • Collaborative in-person design sessions
  • Four hours of district coaching
  • Half day of in-district PD for up to 40 participants
  • Community site visits
  • Learning Intentions


Prioritize
educational goals over technological pressure when designing frameworks to transition from reactive troubleshooting towards intentional leadership.

Design human-centered solutions and messaging that move staff and learners from a culture of fear to one of ethical curiosity and practical application.

AI Action Planning

This high-impact workshop provides the space and structure for K-12 leadership teams to move beyond guidelines and into action. Using a guided AI Implementation Continuum, your team will audit strengths and gaps across five critical domains.

AI Learning Lab

By pairing flexible online learning with a hands-on, in-person design session, this hybrid workshop will help you master the practical application of the skills needed for successful AI implementation. With multiple schedule options, the Learning Lab offers pathways for both educators and leaders.

​Evaluate and Select: Identify and independently complete four learning pathways to build a personalized foundation in AI.

Design and Co-Create: Collaborate with a network of peers to design high-quality, practical, AI-enhanced materials and workflows tailored to specific instructional or leadership needs.

Synthesize and Share: Work collectively to refine AI-generated content, contributing to a shared repository of vetted resources that are available for daily use.

Participants will receive a badge of recognition for their participation and contribution to the in-person Design Session.

Mapping Your District's AI Future: Analysis to Roadmap

This targeted series of work sessions supports district leadership in developing a comprehensive AI roadmap. Through a systematic evaluation of your current AI implementation status within eight key areas, teams will identify strategic alignment opportunities and develop a detailed roadmap outlining future steps for growth, gap mitigation, and overall AI success. Q&A sessions with local district leaders will be integrated into working sessions to highlight the eight key areas.

This is extended, multi-date cohort is designed for teams that include district leadership and AI implementation staff. Examples of participants include:

District Leadership Team (4-5 people): Superintendent, Principals, Technology Director, Curriculum Director, Special Ed Director, Pupil Services, Interventionists, Coaching Representatives

AI Implementation Team (4-5 people): LMS Representatives, Tech Director, ELA/Math/Technology Coaches/Integrators/Interventionists, Teacher Representatives of All Grades
